Responsibilities
- Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
- Coordinate and schedule showings with clients and other real estate agents.
- Provide detailed feedback to lead agents after each showing to help refine client preferences.
- Ensure properties are ready for showings, including checking cleanliness and accessibility.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences in a home.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and property values.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property showings in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and personable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to quickly learn and convey property details.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Michigan Real estate license.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
Compensation
$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
