As a Showing Partner, you will be responsible for presenting properties and ensuring clients enjoy a smooth and informative experience. • Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about properties to clients.
• Schedule and coordinate property showings with clients and other real estate agents.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
• Gather client feedback and communicate it effectively to the lead agent.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and property values.
• Ensure all properties are in excellent condition for showings, including staging and cleanliness.

• Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Proven experience in real estate, sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the real estate industry.

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
