Responsibilities
- Accompany clients to properties and conduct engaging tours
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Educate clients about property features, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Embrace innovative approaches to showcasing properties and engaging clients
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Real estate license Required
- Enthusiasm for real estate and a genuine desire to help clients find their dream home
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
