Responsibilities
- Assist clients in the home buying process by providing expert advice and guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about each property to help clients make informed decisions.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with sellers and their agents to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize CRM systems and other technology tools to manage client information and track progress throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
- Valid California Real Estate License required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the Long Beach real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Compensation
$50,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
