Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Work Hudson Stonegate-generated leads to convert opportunities into clients and closed transactions
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying and selling process
- Advise clients on suitable properties, secure signed agreements, and assist with property showings
- Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies weekly to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads
- Host two open houses each month and transform prospecting efforts into scheduled appointments
- Manage transaction milestones and tasks using PLACE Technology to ensure smooth closings and follow-ups
- Engage in weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls to enhance skills and track progress
- Participate in team activities, meetings, and events to foster collaboration and team success
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services for sellers
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in the state of Colorado
- A passion for real estate and a strong desire to grow a successful career
- Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required—new agents welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
