Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
You’re already a dedicated agent with a growing client base, and now you’re looking to scale. With PLACE’s systems and the PCS Team’s guidance, you’ll have access to everything you need to step confidently into a leadership role while still delivering top-notch service to your clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop Your Team – We’ll teach you hiring best practices so you can build a team of reliable agents and support staff who fit your vision.
- Master Technology and Systems – From Brivity CRM to task automation, you’ll learn how to maximize tools that keep your business running smoothly (and your inbox less chaotic).
- Optimize Your Time – Our systems help streamline tasks like lead management, follow-up, and client interactions so you can focus on high-value activities.
- Gain Financial Control – Learn the ins and outs of running a profit and loss statement so you always know where your business stands.
- Lead Client Consultations – Guide clients through their buying or selling journey, empowered with a team that supports you in delivering consistent, quality service.
- Collaborate on Growth Plans – Set and achieve revenue goals with the team by building scalable, sustainable practices.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
You’re driven to grow, not just in revenue but in impact. You care about helping families find their dream homes, but you also want to recover some of your time, reduce stress, and build something that lasts. Detail-oriented yet warm, you’re as good at connecting with people as you are at following processes. You’re ready to start leveraging your business to work for you, rather than the other way around.
- Experienced in real estate, with a proven track record of client satisfaction
- Ready to learn leadership and team-building skills with expert guidance
- Comfortable with technology and open to using new tools to increase efficiency
- Detail-oriented and accountable, with a willingness to build systems that support long-term growth
- Eager to join a team that celebrates your wins and supports your goals
Preferred Background:
- At least 2+ years as a licensed real estate agent
- Experience working independently with success but a desire to do more
- An eye for improvement and a willingness to learn (and implement) new techniques
Compensation
$125,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
