Responsibilities

  • Attract and Onboard Talent: Identify and recruit top sales talent to strengthen the team.
  • Coaching and Accountability: Provide ongoing coaching and training to sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed their goals.
  • Industry Expertise: Cultivate deep knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership issues.
  • Structured Coaching: Commit to weekly one-on-one sessions, group trainings, Partner Calls, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Master PLACE Technology: Gain expertise in PLACE Technology to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Leadership Development: Actively participate in the PLACE Leadership Development program to refine leadership skills.
  • Talent Attraction Consulting: Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement strategic systems to attract top talent.
  • Professional Growth: Continuously enhance your skills through prospecting and meaningful client consultations.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage effective marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations for all contracts to ensure favorable terms.
  • Database Optimization: Ensure that sales professionals maximize database capabilities and leverage leads effectively.
  • Transaction Goals: Close a minimum of one transaction per month to contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications

  • Accountability-Based Leadership: Inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their goals through effective accountability.

  • Real Estate License: Required to practice in the industry.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of industry and sales experience.
    • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.

Compensation

$120,000 - $170,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
