Moscoso Real Estate Group, boasting over three decades of expertise in the real estate sector, is seeking a passionate and motivated Entry-Level Real Estate Agent/Showing Assistant.

Are you just starting out in the industry or generating under $3M in sales volume?

This role is perfect for individuals eager to launch their real estate careers, providing the opportunity to work alongside high-achieving agents and acquire practical experience in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Open House at minimum 3 weekends a month
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology

$45,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
