Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and assist in home selection.
- Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
- Maintain and monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Host two open houses each month.
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards.
- Actively participate in team activities as per team guidelines.
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market properties.
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong internal drive and a competitive nature in sales.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability in establishing rapport, actively listening to clients' needs, and identifying effective solutions.
- Excel in prospecting and lead generation.
- Naturally adept at overcoming objections.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a dedication to service excellence.
- Collaborative team member
- Licensed real estate professional
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth

Compensation
$200,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
