Responsibilities
- Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions including overseeing a virtual assistant that completes mot of the process.
- Provide a world class client experience for clients through phoe and emial on behalf of the team through contract and beyond.
- Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions.
- Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers.
- Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies.
- Collect client testimonials.
- Keep the operations manager informed of any challenges that arise and bring solutions to the table.
- Commit wot weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE and Brivity trainings.
- Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
- Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
- Create timelines and follow-up processes/check-ins with agents to ensure all transaction deadlines are met resulting in a timely closing.
- Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files.
- Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based and results driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service.

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
