Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers.
  • Maintain and update transaction management systems and client databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transaction process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate transaction coordination role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, escrow processes, and closing procedures.
  • Proficient in using transaction management software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal real estate regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Real estate license preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Real Estate License or CTC CAR certificate major bonus.

Compensation

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
