Responsibilities

  • Be a student of the market & grow continually in your knowledge
  • Implement PLACE lead generation models & systems
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and help them find suitable homes.
  • Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
  • Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology & CRM database tools
  • Host two open houses each week
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments.
  • Engage in daily script practice and role play to improve conversion & communication
  • Participate in team lead gen activities according to team standards.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
  • Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
  • Draft and negotiate offers .

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in the state of NY or CT
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Westchester County and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
