We offer a full suite of leads, systems, strategies, tools, and coaching to support new agents. With dedication and hard work, you could earn up to $144,000 in your first year. We are looking for visionary individuals ready to dedicate 40 hours a week to building an exceptional and limitless career in real estate. Our ideal candidates are motivated by the significant impact they can make, providing outstanding support to every client—from helping a single mother purchase a $200,000 condo to managing a $2,000,000 listing. Many of our agents earn between $144,000 and $150,000 in their first year, with top performers reaching up to $500,000.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$140,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
