Showing Assistant - Earn as you learn

Conduct thorough market analysis to determine competitive listing prices and strategies for properties.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on property presentation and improvements.

Work with sales agent to help buyer's find the perfect home

Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria

We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!

Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day!

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practicing, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!
